Terms of Service
Sweezylab · Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Sweezylab (“we”, “us”) about the Sweezylab website and desktop app for Windows and Mac (together, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
You give us a script and your own voiceover. The Service splits the script into scenes, writes an image prompt for each scene, helps generate the images, times them to your voiceover and creates an editable CapCut project and subtitle file on your computer.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
3. Parts of the Service that depend on other companies
- Images are generated through Google Flow, using your own Google account in your own Chrome browser. We never ask for your Google password.
- The CapCut project is written in CapCut's own file format.
- Neither is an official integration. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or CapCut (ByteDance). Either company can change or block how its product works at any time, which can make part of the Service stop working until we update it. We cannot promise that it will always work.
- Using automation with a Google account may be restricted by Google's own rules, and Google could limit or suspend an account. We cannot prevent that and are not responsible for it. You must follow Google's and CapCut's terms yourself. Use a Google account you are comfortable using this way.
4. Credits and payment
- You pay with credits. 1 credit is worth ₦2. You buy credits in packs by bank transfer or card through our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
- The price of a video depends on the length of your voiceover, rounded up to the next minute. We show you the exact price before anything is taken, and you confirm it.
- When you start a video, the credits are put on hold. They are charged when the scenes and prompts are finished, and they are returned automatically if that step fails or is stopped. See our Refund Policy for the details.
- A video's price covers the whole video, including a fair amount of regenerating single scenes or ranges. Starting over on the whole script, or very heavy repeated regeneration, can use up that allowance, and we will tell you before asking for another credit.
- Prices can change for future purchases. Credits you have already bought keep their value.
- Taxes, if any apply, are included in or added to the price as shown at checkout.
5. Free trial
Each account can make one free first project with a voiceover of up to 3 minutes. We may refuse or remove a free trial if we think it is being abused, for example by creating many accounts.
6. Your content
- You keep ownership of your scripts, voiceovers and the videos and files you make. We do not claim ownership of them.
- You promise that you have the right to use everything you give us, including the script and the voice in your recording, and that it does not break anyone's rights or any law.
- You allow us to process your script to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI provider to write scenes and prompts, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for how you use the images, video and text you create and for checking them before you publish.
7. What you must not do
- Make or request content that is illegal, that sexually exploits children, that promotes violence or hatred, or that is designed to deceive or harass a real person.
- Break or work around the Service's limits, share your account, or resell the Service.
- Try to access other people's accounts or our systems, copy the Service's code or probe it for weaknesses.
- Use the Service in a way that could harm it or other users.
We may refuse a request or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
8. AI-written content
Scenes, prompts and images are produced by AI systems and can be wrong, inconsistent or unsuitable. They may not match what you pictured or what a script means. You must review them. We do not promise any particular result, quality or that images will be free of errors.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or remove features. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to danieljobs231@outlook.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other people at risk. If we close an account without a good reason related to your conduct, we will return the value of your unused credits.
11. Our responsibility to you
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost income or lost data, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited or excluded, including consumer protection law, or limits responsibility for something the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We would like to settle any disagreement by talking first: please write to danieljobs231@outlook.com before taking any other step.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
